History of Steigerwaldt Land Services

Steigerwaldt Land Services (formerly Edward Steigerwaldt and Sons) has been a leading forestry consulting company in the Lake States since 1957. The late Edward Steigerwaldt developed and operated the firm from 1957 until his death in 1983. Today the company is directed by Edward F. Steigerwaldt, Jr.

Steigerwaldt Land Services provides forest land management, forest inventory, aerial photography, real estate appraisals, real estate brokerage, GIS, right-of-way appraisals and acquisitions, and forest land investment services to all types of land owners and business clients. In addition to the pulp and paper industry, Steigerwaldt Land Services provides forest and real estate services to federal and state natural resource agencies, land conservation groups, and private landowners in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota.
