Qualifications of Jonathan W. Long Land Sales Research Specialist
Education:	University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point Bachelor of Science – Resource Management Business Minor, Natural Science Minor, Environmental Law Minor December 2005
Employment:	August 2006 to present
Experience:	Experience includes forest inventory and timber cruising in the Lake States ecosystems. Training includes the study of silvicultural techniques, inventory and forest data analysis, GIS use and analysis (ArcGIS 9.0), and satellite/air photo interpretation, as well as topographic software, and training using various types of GPS units. Current responsibilities include comparable sales research and analysis throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan, and the preparation of real estate market studies. Duties also include assisting in forest and recreational land valuations, and participation on the SLS Right-of-Way Acquisition team.
